Raclette Grills
Raclette grills are a very traditional method of Swiss cooking, but are making a comeback in 2019. Raclette grills are generally used in the centre of a table and allows guests to prepare their own meal by choosing from, and cooking, a range of vegetables, fish, meat and melted cheese to create their own delicious meal. A traditional meal would include cured meats, pickled vegetables and melted raclette cheese - but for a more modern twist they are used for preparing fajitas, tapas and much more.
Teppanyaki Grills
Another popular way of creating a shared dining experience is by cooking with a teppanyaki grill. They can be used in the centre of the dining table to allow all guests to prepare their own meal as they choose. Teppanyaki is a traditional Japanese method of cooking meat, vegetables, rice and noodles but for a more modern twist you can grill steak, fish, eggs, burgers - even desserts such as pancakes and waffles.
